Cabergoline
Also called Caber · Dostinex
Cabergoline lowers prolactin and can help when a diagnosed prolactin disorder is causing symptoms. Steroid users also research it for libido or breast concerns, but it is not an automatic companion to trenbolone or nandrolone, and lower prolactin is not always a useful goal.

Why is it discussed with steroids?
Some people attribute breast or sexual symptoms to prolactin and assume cabergoline will fix them. That shortcut skips the important question: is prolactin actually elevated, and why? Symptoms can overlap with other hormonal and non-hormonal problems.
What the starting dose means
The label schedule above begins treatment for an established prolactin disorder. Response is assessed with laboratory and clinical follow-up. It is not a formula based on how much trenbolone or nandrolone someone uses.
What monitoring is important?
The current label calls for heart-valve assessment including an echocardiogram before treatment, with follow-up as appropriate. Dizziness on standing and new compulsive behaviors also deserve attention. A rise in sexual drive is not always an uncomplicated benefit.

Common questions
Does using trenbolone or nandrolone automatically mean I need cabergoline?
No. The drug used does not establish a prolactin disorder. Sexual or breast symptoms can have different causes; cabergoline is not a routine protective add-on to a cycle.
Is more sexual drive always a good sign on cabergoline?
