Download AnabolicPlotter’s stack, bloodwork log, injection-site list and stack cost settings from this browser. Shared links stay usable and do not need to be moved. Temporary calculator inputs and theme settings are not included.
The download may contain health information. Store it somewhere private.
Import your backup
First download your data from AnabolicDex, then choose that file here. A backup made on this AnabolicPlotter page also works for recovery. Existing datasets are replaced only when you confirm; they are not merged.
Undo or finish an import
A private undo copy stays in this browser until you remove it. Undo works only while the imported datasets are unchanged. Keep your downloaded backups as well.
